Our Founder
Meet Vickie Pullins, M.A./CCC-SLP
Vickie Pullins, along with her longtime college friend Jackie Frazier, founded the company in 1990. Over the years, Vickie has grown the team into a passionate group of more than 40 women — and a couple of men — who are dedicated to delivering what some professionals have called the “Chick-Fil-A of speech therapy” in West Virginia.
A true visionary and pioneer, Vickie has become an expert in speech pathology, with experience spanning both acute care in hospitals and student language disorder across Appalachia’s schools. She has served on national boards, championed critical policy changes in West Virginia, and was one of the first to launch a virtual speech therapy company, staying at the forefront of technology.
Vickie’s passion for the people of Appalachia, combined with her servant’s heart, has shaped the very foundation of our company. She believes in giving back to the community, a principle that was instilled in her from a young age. She now instills this principle into her team and every aspect of the company. We are honored to continue carrying her torch, advancing the care and support needed for a brighter future in Appalachia.
